Many of our products are manufactured and guaranteed by Petsafe™, that’s the same company that owns the following brands: Invisible Fence™, Petsafe™, and Innotek™. We also carry products manufactured and guaranteed by Perimeter Technologies™, Dogtra™, and Contain-A-Pet™. These are all respected names in the pet containment and electronic dog training industry. If you ever have any problems with your hardware, you can deal directly with us and we will take care of everything for you.
As stated above, all of our manufacturers back their products for your lifetime. The specific details depends on the system that you chose.
Regardless of the manufacturer, everything you buy from Derby’s Pet Fence will have a 1 year complete replacement guarantee.
In addition to the outstanding guarantees on the hardware, we will give you 100% of your money back if you are unhappy for any reason during the first 60 days. This includes everything that you paid us – including the charges for our labor. There is no “fine” print to worry about. Think about it, even if you are torn between getting a fence installed by Derby’s Pet Fence and another, perhaps more well-known company, you have nothing to lose. You can get a fence installed by Derby’s Pet Fence, and if you’re not happy, get a full refund to be used on an installation by the other company.
In addition, we even throw in a 1-year line break guarantee. It doesn’t matter how, why, or who broke the wire – we will fix it one time during the first year of ownership (even if a backhoe breaks it when installing your new pool!).
If you, or your landscaper, damage the wire anytime during the first year with a weed-eater or edger – we will fix it free. We install it right so you don’t have to worry.
Keeping your pet safe is what it’s all about isn’t it? Therefore, if the system fails to contain your pet anytime during the first year, we will assist you with adjustments or retraining at no charge. If these attempts fail – we will remove the system and give you a full refund (including the installation charge).
First of all, we won’t install a system without lightning protection and we don’t charge extra for it. If your lightning protector is ever utilized, the lightning protector will be replaced at no charge.
We’ve done everything we can to give you Peace-of-Mind knowing you chose the right company to protect your pet. One more thing – we also guarantee we will keep your dog in your yard. If you have that very rare dog that just isn’t going to be contained with our system, you will get a complete refund anytime during the first year (assuming you allow us to make a few adjustments as we deem necessary during the year).
Derby’s Pet Fence did a great job of working with us during the installation and training of our dog Wilson. Unfortunately, we had several very unusual circumstances that prevented an underground fence from being the best option for us. I have to say, Derby’s was true to their word and gladly gave us a full refund of everything (including their labor).
Although it wasn’t right for our situation my wife and I were very pleased and we plan to refer others to Derby’s Pet Fence.
